Personal data means any information relating to the assigned client or clients which allows us to identify the client, such as the name, contact details, project reference number, payment details and information about them.
The communications exchange between our company and your company, to include all clients direct to us, via letters, emails, chat service, calls, and social media will be confidential and comply with HIPPA Standards for the client/patient rights.
We will process any such data only if you have given your explicit consent per client and assignment. It is in our legitimate interests in operating as a translation/interpretation company “E Global Training”.
We will not retain any data of clients/patients for longer than is necessary to fulfil the purpose it is being processed for translation/interpretation services.
When we no longer need the client’s personal data, we will securely delete or destroy it.
